Autumn Cup @ Dukinfield Golf Course, Friday 25th September 2026

The final singles competition of the year took place at Dukinfield Golf Club. Although I wasn’t able to attend I understand it went well and I include the results.

Brian Murray receives his trophy from Captain Rob Goodwyn Davey

Brian Murray making a welcome return to the winners enclosure, I understand he had been preparing for this event with a sunshine golf break. Well it certainly seems to have worked. The only downside for Brian is that he has been complaining his handicap is too low and was trying hard to get it up. Well Brian your success at this event means your handicap has tumbled down 2.5 shots. Good luck in the pairs.

Also no 2’s again so a double rollover for the pairs event at Davenport on 29^th October
